Training staff specialized in Safety Guidance.

To prevent accidents and advance safety assurance in our nationwide operations, we have deployed "Niyac Drivres Safety School trainer" throughout the country, as well as "Niyac Drivres Freshman School trainer" as the training personnel who is dedicated to the training for new hire drivers. Throughout the year, Niyac Drivres Safety School trainer visit all Niyac facilities in their territories and, using a highly specialized, uniform curriculum, conduct on-site and classroom safety training for our drivers as well as for subcontractor personnel working within our network, thereby aiming for the realization of our company slogan "Safety is Our Business". Furthermore, "Niyac Drivres Freshman School trainer" provides fundamental training exclusively to our new drivers that exceed 100 people throughout the year, in order to achieve the realization of unified safetey level throughout the country.

 

 

 

For "hands-on" training on the kinds of equipment used in petroleum logistics, we have taken actual pieces of equipment such as "mock filler nozzle" "hand-operated bottom valve", "safety vent" etc. and modified them for educational purposes (e.g., "cut-away" views, etc.) and have placed these pieces at all of our terminals. In addition to these "hands-on" trainings, drivers are able to see and feel the internal structure of this equipment thereby giving them a deeper understanding of how it all functions which in turn puts our safety regime on a higher level of effectiveness.
